Cornerstone gives students the chance to take learning into their own hands by designing and leading their own after-school activities. Some of the current club offerings are dance, art appreciation, photography, orchestra, film appreciation, drawing, skateboarding, and sports. Students can also take part in an after-school reading class, ESL class, or act as a teacher’s aide. And to further students’ leadership potential, they have the chance to be elected to the high school student council, which helps design activities for the school and advocates for the students.
